  Daily Snippets #3, November 3, 2015 I chose romance for today's featured genre for two reasons. 1. It's my wonderful husband's birthday today and the poor guy get's the shaft (figuratively speaking) during November. Wish him a happy birthday in the comments below. All my heros are inspired by my husband. Love that man dearly! 2. I write romance and it's near and dear to my heart.   Any writer with a romantic arc in their novel might find this next image helpful. It describes lips.   "You know your a writer when..." Writer Leopard... Now it's time to open your document and type a new scene but before you lock yourself away to write, go and give your loved ones a hug and tell them you love them.

Daily Snippets #1, November 1, 2015 Welcome to November and National Novel Writing Month! This is the time when we crazy writers plan to pen 50,000 words in thirty days. Interested? Jump on the bandwagon here . Join others from around the world as we strive to get the stories out of our head and make them spring to life on the page.               However you begin your story (A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...) or whenever you begin your story, whether the actual beginning, backstory or the most dramatic scene, it all goes in November.   November is almost here. Are you ready? Have you plotted and planned or are you just winging it? I have a basic outline with specific scenes but I'm open to my characters taking over from time to time. I look forward to meeting new writers and seeing what both veteran and newbie Wrimos are writing.
